The property value in the deal is EUR 13M. Occupancy and payment are expected to take place in Q1 2018. JM has been active in Järvastaden since 2006, and will continue developing the area through the acquisition.

The acquired building rights are included in the detailed plan for Grankällan in Järvastaden, Solna. The detailed plan has gained final approval for 47 homes. The building rights are being acquired through an agreement signed by JM and Vasakronan in 2006. The acquisition will be reported within the JM Residential Stockholm business segment in Q1 2018.
