Sweden — NREP has announced that its NREP NSF V Fund has completed the acquisition of a portfolio of 22 properties for approximately EUR 420 million across Sweden, for management by its social infrastructure platform Altura. The portfolio was acquired from Vectura and is comprised of 20 care homes and two pre-schools, and the deal represents Sweden’s largest ever transaction in this asset class.

Nordic — Urban Partners raises more than EUR 3.6 billion for new NREP fund, the largest ever European value-add real estate fund.

Sweden — The new logistics property will be specially adapted for storing food in several temperature zones. The facility, which is expected to be ready in the last quarter of 2024, will be located in Hyllinge, just outside Helsingborg, in direct connection to both the E4 and E6.

Finland — A residential property fund S-Bank Housing non-UCITS Fund, managed by S-Bank Fund Management Ltd has sold three residential properties to NREP.

Norway — At the Vestby Logistics Park, south of Oslo, NREP Logicenters has now signed a lease agreement with Vinhuset, which is owned by NorgesGruppen. The object of the lease is the 17,800 sqm logistics facility Stormåsan 42. Vinhuset expects to take up residence in September 2023.

Sweden — Elbutik has signed a long-term lease with Logicenters to move into the state-of-the-art facility currently under development in Staffanstorp.

Norway — NREP Logicenters has recently acquired 75 000 sqm in Moss, Norway. The plan is to start construction of 20 000–25 000 sqm.

Finland — Logicenters has developed its property in Pirkkala, Finland, which will be completed by the end of February. It has now been announced that international packaging company DS Smith will move into the facility as the tenant.

Denmark — Logistics real estate operator Logicenters continues to grow with its presence in the Copenhagen region. This time by signing a leasing agreement for 13,000 sqm in Køge with Bedrocan, a supplier of medical cannabis.

Finland — NREP's Logicenters buys land in Vantaa in the Helsinki region to develop an 11,000 square meter logistics facility for DSV Solutions.

Nordic — Longstanding NREP member Toke Clausen’s valuable contribution as Head of Offices recognized as he is promoted to partner by the company.

Finland — VVT has sold a retail centre property located in Kauniainen to a fund managed by NREP.

Finland — NREP announces the acquisition of the Eteläesplanadi 2 office building in Helsinki from Allianz. Eteläesplanadi 2 is a landmark building located next to the waterfront in Helsinki CBD.

Sweden — NREP delivers world’s first net zero emissions logistics building, without external offsets. The building will be located in Bålstad outside of Stockholm.

Finland — NCC is continuing its partnership with NREP in the Niittykumpu district of Espoo, in the Finnish capital region. The parties have signed a contract for an additional 191 apartments, which will be the third phase in the area. The order value is approximately SEK 260 million.

Finland — A fund managed by NREP has divested an office property in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki to Evli Rental Yield Fund (AIF) managed by Evli Fund Management Company Ltd.

Finland — Genesta sells the historic office property Bulevardi 21 in Kamppi on behalf of its fund, GNRE Fund II, to NREP. The approximately 10,100 square meter building was acquired in December 2015 and the property has since undergone extensive refurbishment.

Nordic — In his new role of Head of Global Markets, Jens Stender will lead NREP’s approach to growing and building new markets and business lines.
