Nordic — SBB sets up a new business division: SBB Government Infrastructure. SBB will acquire properties within government infrastructure with a special focus on ministry and government buildings, prison properties and defence properties.

Sweden — Decision taken on large zoning plan - SBB develops a completely new district in Nyköping city center comprising 1,600 homes, schools and elderly care homes.

Sweden — The Board of SBB has, based on the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting held on 27 April 2020, resolved on a directed issue of not more than 44,197,779 new Class D common shares at a price corresponding to SEK 31 per share. Sweden — The police station is planned to be completed during 2023. The lease for the new police station is expected to be signed during the fourth quarter 2020. The term of the lease is 15 years, commencing in 2023.

The joint-venture company is already building an elderly care home in Ängelholm and is preparing for new construction in Gothenburg.
