Sweden — John Mattson has signed an agreement to acquire three properties at Gullmarsplan in central Stockholm.

Sweden — Skanska is investing about SEK 460 million in the multi-family rental project Tora in Stockholm. The construction contract is worth about SEK 310 million, which will be included in the order bookings for Skanska Sweden for the fourth quarter 2021.

Sweden — Atrium Ljungberg signed an agreement to acquire the Palmfelt Center Kylhuset 28 leasehold in Slakthusområdet in Stockholm. This leasehold has a letting area of more than 30,500 sqm and will be acquired at an underlying property value that will be based on an updated market valuation at the end of the year. This has been set preliminarily at SEK 1,560 million.

Sweden — The letters of intent give Randviken an exclusive right to negotiate for a period of one month the terms regarding the acquisition of property-owning companies for a purchase price that is to be based on an underlying property value of a total of approximately SEK 2,750 million.

Sweden — Skanska invests about SEK 450 million in a new residential block with a total of 107 Nordic Swan ecolabelled apartments in Bromma, Stockholm.

Sweden — SKB's block Lysosomen in Hagastaden (Stockholm) is now growing in height and the 128 cooperative residential units are expected to be ready for occupancy in the spring of 2023.

Sweden — Plans are now at an advanced stage for Victoria, a new district, in Kungens kurva in Stockholm. In Victoria, there are plans for approximately 3,500 apartments, restaurants, cafés, a green neighbourhood park, a school and nursery schools as well as care and other local services.
