The properties that are being divested to Altira are Spejaren 3, Varpen 10, Visiret 4 and Borgen 2. The largest tenants are Din Bil Sverige and Bilia.

The recent sales provide us with possibilities for new acquisitions and investments in existing projects, where we are seeing many attractive opportunities in the near future.
