Joona Soumela who will be tasked with building M7’s Finnish operations, brings more than 13 years experience in the real estate sector, most recently at investment services company Elite Varainhoito Oyj where he was Head of Real Estate Investment Management. Prior to this he worked at Quorum Fund Management and at Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, and he holds an MSc in Real Estate Economics from the Aalto University School of Science and Technology.
 
In addition, Tuomas Hulkkonen has been appointed as an asset manager for M7 Finland.  Tuomas joined from Newsec, the largest specialised commercial property firm in the Nordics, where he worked as a key account manager.
