The seller is IAC Sweden and the advisor has been Nordic Property Investment.
 
IAC Sweden operates in the manufacturing industry and commissioned Nordic Property Investment to convey two industrial properties that they have owned and operated business in.
 
“Traditionally many companies own properties connected to the business, which binds capital. This deal means that IAC Sweden has been able to free capital without having to move their business, since they remain as tenants in one of the properties” says Harald Bengtsson, senior advisor at Nordic Property Investment.
 
The deal encompasses the properties Vintergatan 22 in Gredby and Litografen 7 in Vilsta, with an area of 7,700 and 9,000 sqm respectively. The properties were sold for MSEK 45 to SBB AB who also signed a long lease deal with IAC Sweden in one of the properties.
