Pensam Purchases Two Properties in Frederiksberg

Denmark — Pensam has purchased two properties in Frederiksberg for DKK 180M. The properties are fully leased and are expected to generate a yield of 5-6 percent.

The two properties have a total area of 7,500 sqm, distributed on 5,000 and 2,500 sqm respectively.

Traditionally speaking, the two properties were relatively small acquisition for the pension fund but something that can become relevant again” says Carsten Gröhl, Alternative Investments Manager at Pensam.
