PKA Constructs 140 Apartments in Odense

Denmark — After investing heavily in both Århus and Copenhagen during the last few years, PKA is now looking towards Odense where apartments are currently being constructed for DKK 250M.

PKA believes that the development in Århus and Copenhagen is now on its way to Fyn. That is why they choose to invest DKK 250M and construct 140 apartments in Odense.
