The 140,000 sqm portfolio, located in Nyköping, Norrköping and Jönköping, are key logistics hubs for the Swedish market, and were acquired for a pan-European strategy managed by Invesco Real Estate. The properties are fully let to Nyköping Municipality, Stadium and Aditro Logistics, respectively.
