Söderhamn’s municipality is the largest tenant with a few businesses and there is also a health center, Doctorama, in the property. The municipality and Doctorama rents approximately half of the property. Among the other tenants we find Studiefrämjandet, SUIF, Erikshjälpen, Active Sportsclub and some manufacturing.
