At the same time, PFA takes over the right to build offices of an additional 21,000 sqm right next to the famous Isbjerget building.
Director Michael Bruhn is pleased to have landed the large-scale construction project, which will strengthen the city's business profile and are for the benefit of current and future tenants.
"Aarhus is a city that is in a very positive development. With this type of high-quality construction, we will strengthen Aarhus's profile as a business city while ensuring that pensioners get a good return," says Michael Bruhn.
The existing buildings are fully rented and include, among others, Søstrene Grene, Bank Nordik, Interlex Advokater, the engineering company MOE and AART architects who have also drawn the property.
