New CEO at Catella Corporate Finance

Sweden — Robert Fonovich has been elected CEO at Catella’s Swedish Corporate Finance department. He most recently had the roll as Sweden and Sector Manager in the area of Corporate Finance Real Estate at PWC and has more than 15 years of experience as leader within real estate advisory. He will replace Johan Ericsson who has been acting CEO since Anders Nordvall’s departure this fall.

Robert Fonovich has more than 20 years of advisory experience within the real estate sector and has mainly worked in transactions, analysis and financing. In the last 15 years he has had leading positions within PWC’s Corporate Finance Real Estate area of business, most recently as Sweden and Sector Manager for the business area. Robert Fonovich was also a part of the management group for PWC Nordic Real Estate European Transaction Team and PWC Corporate Finance Sweden.

Within corporate Finance Catella offers transaction advisory in sales and acquisitions for national and international investors in Europe, mainly focusing on more complex transactions. Catella also offers market analysis and strategic advisory as well as advisory in regards to financing of companies within the real estate sector.
