The portfolio consists of properties in the four areas Hovetorp/Berga, Lambohov, Ryd and student housing in Ryd.
 
The properties consist almost exclusively of housing with a total leasable area of 60,216 square meters and an occupancy rate of about 99.8 percent. The acquisition also includes development rights in Valla town and Djurgarden on a total of 27 200 sqm BTA, equivalent to about 375 apartments.
 
The transaction value of the deal, including the building rights, amounts to EUR 101M before deduction of deferred tax.
