5,000 square meters will be dedicated to senior housing and 3,000 square meters will be a hotel distributed among 100 rooms. The project, valued at EUR 21M, is run by PFA and Momentum +. Zleep Hotels will manage the hotel.
“This is a very exciting project and we are happy to increase or precense in Hillerød,” says Michael Bruhn, CEO at PFA Ejendomme.
The project is developed in cooperation with the partner Michael Sheikh from Momentum + and the architect Stig Mikkelsen from Mikkelse Arkitekter. The construction is scheduled to start during the summer of 2018 and be finished at the end of 2019.
