Gefion Purchases and Constructs on Amager

Denmark — Gefion purchases from PFA on Amager and plans on constructing both a hotel and youth center by Femøren, at a cost of EUR 108M.<br />

The project is the first time Gefion Group builds a hotel and the goal is that the new hotel will be finished in 2019. Gefion has purchased the foundation for the hotel and youth center from PFA Ejendomme for EUR 21M.

The area will go through an expansion from 17,500 square meters to 23,500 square meters. The hotel will have 400 rooms and 350 apartments. The architect firm Al is responsible for drawing the project.
