Capman Buys 340 Apartments in Aarhus

Denmark Denmark Capman acquires 340 in Risskov, Aarhus, from Domis.

Domis develops 125,000 sqm apartments in Risskov and Capman has now purchased 240 newly constructed apartments distributed on 21,600 sqm. This is Capman’s largest purchase in Aarhus so far.
 
“We are very happy to go public with this transaction, showing the interest from foreign investors,” says Lars Erik Larsen at Domis, who worked on the deal.
 
Risskov Brynet is a former industry area and it has been three years since Aarhus municipality together with Domis created a new residential area.
 
The deal has been negotiated by Sadolin & Albæk. PWC and DLA Piper were Domis’ advisor while Plesner was Capman’s advisor.
