It is a multi-purpose property located near the highway and Herning city center and is mainly leased to Midtconsult.

The building was erected in 1965, but was newly renovated and sustainability certified according to the DGNB Sølv standard.

“We are happy to add this property to our portfolio, it is nicely located with a stable tenant on a long lease,” says Torben Møger Pedersen, adm. Director at Pension Danmark.

It is a sale and lease back since Midtconsult will remain in the property.

“We have been located on Viborgvej 1 for more than 20 years, so we are of course happy to look forward to many years to come with the same address,” says Anders Bertelsen at Midtconsult.
