NCC Starts Construction and Divests in Århus

Denmark Denmark NCC and the pension company Pension Danmark have signed a divestment deal regarding an office property and a hotel property that NCC will construct and erect in Ã…rhus.

Pension Danmark acquires two projects that are developed and constructed by NCC. One of the projects is an office property being erected according to the Danish office concept Company House. The property encompasses approximately 6,300 square meters and is expected to be finished in Q1 2019. The current lease rate amounts to approximately 30 percent.
 
The other project encompasses approximately 3,200 square meters of hotel and is fully leased. The hotel is expected to be finished in Q2 2019.
 
Pension Danmark takes possession of each property as they are completed.
