At the end of December 2017, Hemfosa signed an eight-year lease with Agility for the rental of a warehouse and logistics terminal in Arendal. The property, which was completed in 2012, comprises some 20,000 square meters of premises and about 30,000 square meters of outdoor space and is located in an area for logistics directly adjacent to the Port of Gothenburg. Ownership of the property will be transferred on March 1st, 2018. 

“We are very pleased that we can expand our capacity to 43,000 square meters in a highly attractive area. In 2016, we invested in a 23,000 square meters logistics warehouse that we have now outgrown. The new 20,000 square meters property will be a further step, and offer us an opportunity to continue to meet our tenants’ demand for advanced logistics solutions with a focus on the bigger picture,” says Mats Nordin, CEO of Agility. 

“We are delighted to lease out the previously vacant logistics property in Arendal, which only required minor adjustments to become functional premises for the new tenant, Agility.
