Denmark — NCC divests Zenit Company house 2 in Aarhus to PKA Pension for a total of approximately MSEK 150.

The second phase in Zenit encompasses 6,270 sqm office spaces.

The property is currently leased to 73 percent, to Envidan, Compugroup Medical and NCC Construction.

The property was finished during Q4 2014 and PKA entered the property on April 1st.

PKA is one of Denmark’s largest pension funds.
