The new apartments will encompass a total of 18,245 square meters and be located in the Flegmade area, a few minutes from Vejle city center.
 
“Vejle and the surrounding area has become an attractive place to live and work, first as a center for the textile industry and later on become a central hub for the IT and educational businesses in Western Denmark,” says Michael Bruhn, Property Manager at PFA.
 
The apartments will have two to four rooms and kitchens and the last stage of the construction is scheduled to be finished in 2020. The investment is a part of PFA’s strategy to invest in more apartment properties outside of the capital area.
