The property is located in the development area that earlier housed Gustavbergs Porslinsfabrik and a part of the neighborhood development Porslinskvarteren. The property is close to fully leased, the largest tenant is Värmdö municipality, running a school in the property.

The seller is Sveafastigheter Fersen, a company managed by Brunswick Real Estate.
