Profi Purchases from Brunswick

Sweden Sweden Profi Fastigheter purchases the Gustavsberg 1:316 property, also known as Badkarsfabriken from Brunswick Real Estate. The property encompasses 21,000 sqm facilities for education, warehouse and production.

The property is located in the development area that earlier housed Gustavbergs Porslinsfabrik and a part of the neighborhood development Porslinskvarteren. The property is close to fully leased, the largest tenant is Värmdö municipality, running a school in the property.
“This is an acquisition that is right in line with our strategy of active management with development potential. Porslinskvarteren, with the 2,300 planned apartments, is an interesting development area,” says Thomas Sipos, CEO at Profi Fastigheter.
The seller is Sveafastigheter Fersen, a company managed by Brunswick Real Estate.
“We are pleased to contribute to the development by contributing with a large amount of training spots in the area and will follow the continuous development with great interest,” says Johan Tengelin, CEO at Brunswick Real Estate.
CBRE and Kilpatrick Townsend were Brunswick’s advisors. Possession was taken on January 17th 2018.
