SEB Pension has now sold Teknikerbyen’s 47,000 square meters to Pension Danmark and a consortion consisting of Sampension and Kristensen Properties for EUR 83M.

“The property does not fit into SEB Pension’s future strategy. Therefore, we decided to investigate if a divestment could result in an attractive price, which luckily turned out to be the case,” says Solveig Rannje, CEO at SEB Ejendomme.

“We are taking over an attractive commercial property with modern facilities and a good location. With Ørsted as a stable tenant on a long lease we expect the investment to give our customers a great yield many years to come,” says Administrative Manager Toren Möger Pedersen at Pension Danmark.

Sadolin och Albæk has mediated the divestment and the legal firm Accura has been the legal advisor of SEB Pension.
