Pensam Constructs 427 Apartments Outside of Aalborg

Denmark — Pensam constructs townhouses and apartments in Hasseriis. The turn-key contract has been signed by Arne Andersen Vrå, and construction is expected to be completed in stages from the summer of 2019 until the end of 2020.<br />

Pensam has joined forces with local investors for the project, among others Krogh Arkitekter has drawn the project, Arne Andersen Vrå will construct it and Kuben Management has been the development advisor.

“As an external investor it gives the project a good local connection to have partners from the area. The cooperation with Aalborg municipality and the local investors has been positive,” says Claus Jørgensen, Investment Manager at Pensam.
