Denmark Denmark Arkitektgruppen has purchased Tigergården in central Odense. The existing building will be demolished and replaced by 15,000 square meters of apartments.

The seller is Admiral Capital. The property is located centrally between Odeon and Odense Banegård. The process of coming up with a new plan for the area has been initiated.
 
Arkitektgruppen counts on the new building containing approximately 15,000 square meters worth of space with mainly apartments but also some shops on the ground floor.
