Colliers has mediated the divestment.
“The property has been vacant for a while since Rambøll relocated. We have a close cooperation with PFA and it is a nicely located property,” says Hans Holmann at Colliers.
The buyer plans to erect 40 residences and 600 square meters for commercial businesses.
“We believe in Esbjerg’s future and want to support it by doing what we are good at – creating attractive homes at reasonable prices,” says Erik Bank Lauridsen.
