The headquarters encompasses 8,337 square meters. Pension Danmark took over the property on March 1st and simultaneously gets the leading steel- and technology wholesaler as a tenant on a long lease.
 
“We are taking over a property located close to a highway, bus and train station and an upcoming tram station. It also has good parking opportunities and modern office spaces with Lemvigh-Müller as a long-term tenant,” says Torben Möger Pedersen, CEO at Pension Danmark.
 
Lemvigh-Müller previously owned the property themselves.
