Denmark Denmark Niam has acquired four office properties of 21,000 square meters i Kolding, Denmark.

All four properties were constructed by NCC from 2003 to 2009 and are fully let to strong international tenants.
 
“We are pleased to have acquired these modern properties with stable tenants in a growing region. All the attributes gives the investment stability we are looking for,” says Niam CEO Fredrik Jonsson.
