Earlier this year M7 Real Estate bought ten properties in Denmark. Now they are back for more.

In Vissenbjerg has acquired proporties of 6,719 sqm distributed over warehouse/production, office and welfare facilities. The property is fully leased to Roll-o-Matic, which produces machines for the production of plastic bags. Roll-o-Matic moved to the address in 2015, as the company had grown out of its former lease in Odense.
 
In Odense, M7 Real Estate has purchased a business park on the Sivlandvænget, consisting of ten units with a total of 4,665 sqm.
