Hilton Foods Buys from Coop

Denmark — As Hilton Foods and Coop extend the company's cooperation agreement, Hilton Foods acquires the Coop property of 48,000 sqm in Aarhus, which they use to produce goods for the Danish market.

Since 2009, the British company Hilton Foods has delivered goods to the Danish Coop customers, and they will continue to do so in the future. At the same time as the extension of the agreement, Hilton Foods has purchased the production property at Brunagervej in Hasselager, Aarhus.

The property and the property are sold for MDKK 146 million (EUR 19.6M).
