The property Tietgens Have is lett out to tenants SKAT, DIIS (Dansk Institut for Internationale Studier) and the Municipality of Copenhagen.
"Tietgens Have fits very well into Pensam's property portfolio and we consider it a long-term investment with a great potential that will help ensure a good return to Pensam's customers. The current tenant composition has also been a plus, and even though we formally get the keys on November 1, we are already in good dialogue with the tenants," says Carsten Gröhn, Head of Alternative Investments at Pensam.
"When we bought the property for years, the development in the North Sea was still at an early stage and few had imagined the area would evolve so quickly and positively. The property undoubtedly has a great potential which it is a pleasure for us to transfer to Pensam, a dynamic and professional player in the Danish real estate market," says Kristian Krogh, Head of Denmark at Niam.
