The Swedish Council for Higher Education chooses Vasakronan's Strand for their new offices. The Swedish Council for Higher Education takes 6,600 sqm in the building, which makes puts the occupancy at 51 percent for this phase.

In Strand, the Swedish Council for Higher Education gets state-of-the-art facilities in a waterfront area with excellent communications and good service. The new square we create between the houses also gives tenants better access to the Solna seafront," says Anna Nyberg, Head of Property Development Stockholm at Vasakronan.

Phase one which covers a total of 4,400 sqm, is completed and fully rented to, among others, Cowi, that moved in in the fall of 2017.

The phase that is currently underway represents an investment of MSEK 420. The Swedish Council for Higher Education will move in on September 1, 2020.
