Fastator buys nine commercial properties in Skåne and Karlskoga, a total of 12,400 square meters. The underlying property value is SEK 111 million. The annual rent value amounts to SEK 12.6 million. Offentliga Hus, which has Fastator as its main owner, buys three community properties in Timrå. The preliminary purchase price amounts to SEK 75.8 million, based on an underlying property value of SEK 127.6 million. The annual rent value amounts to SEK 11.9 million.

"We renegrate our portfolio and concentrate on housing. After the deal, the portfolio consists of 70 percent of housing," says Jan-Erik Höjvall, CEO of Amasten.
