The property is strategically located at the E4 with good public transport links to Stockholm City and Arlanda. The property largely consists of offices, but also includes a restaurant, gym, storage and conference areas and garage areas. The property is high quality and certified BREEAM In Use, very good, and partly funded by the issue of a green bond.

With the acquisition, Fastpartner strengthens its position in Solna. After the acquisition, approximately 87 percent of Fastpartner's rental income comes from the Stockholm area. Fastpartner will enter the property on February 1, 2019.

"Fastpartner not only strengthens its position as a property manager in Solna, but also acquires a high quality property with a strong overall solution for tenants. This gives Fastpartner a product for the future that can meet the demand of tenants looking for an alternative to Stockholm's inner city. Fastpartner focuses on acquisitions and new construction of properties with high environmental classification," says Sven-Olof Johansson, CEO of Fastpartner.
