Fastpartner Acquires Solna Port
Sweden — Fastpartner has acquired the property Brahelund 2 (Solna Port) in Solna from Areim for SEK 1.935 billion (EUR 190M) after deduction of deferred tax. The property has a rentable area about approximately 41,000 square meters of LOA and 625 garage spaces and the annual rental income amounts to approximately MSEK 123 (EUR 12M).
