Hemsö Invests in the Gothenburg Region

Sweden — Hemsö has acquired a school in Kungälv and a retirement home in Mölndal. The investment amounts to a total of SEK 105 million. At the same time, a letter of intent has been signed with the municipality of Kungälv regarding the acquisition of a property and project portfolio in the municipality.

"The Gothenburg region is a region of growth and we are very pleased to be able to start our cooperation with both Kungälv and Mölndal. It will give us more opportunities to meet the municipalities' need for retirement homes and schools in the future," says Nils Styf, CEO of Hemsö.
