Trianon has signed an agreement to acquire a property portfolio of 781 apartments and a small number of commercial premises with a lettable area of ​​53,300 square meters. The properties are located at Hermodsdal and Almhög in Malmö and the acquisition has an underlying property value of MSEK 900 (EUR 85M). The seller is Willhem and access is expected to take place on April 30, 2019. With the acquisition, which is Trianon's largest acquisition, the company reaches its long-term goal of a property value of SEK 6.6 billion (EUR 625M) as early as 2019.

An agreement has been signed to acquire 11 residential properties at Hermodsdal and Almhög in Malmö. The seller is Willhem Fastigheter and the underlying property value amounts to MSEK 900 (EUR 85M), which corresponds to a value of approximately SEK 16,200 (EUR 1,535) per square meter after deduction for deferred tax. The properties consisting of 781 apartments have the possibility of upgrading, as the stock is only partially renovated.

The acquired properties are located adjacent to Trianon's other properties at Hermodsdal. The acquisition takes place in company form. Access to the properties is planned for April 30, 2019. The acquisition will be financed through existing cash and through the raising of new loans, in accordance with the company's policy.

“With today's acquisitions, which is our largest so far, our property value will exceed the target of SEK 6.6 billion (EUR 625M). Together with our existing properties in the area, this gives us a strong position with a total of 1,140 apartments at Hermodsdal," says Olof Andersson CEO of Trianon.
