Sweden — The board of Willhem has appointed Mariette Hilmersson as the new CEO. Mariette Hilmersson comes most recently from the role as MD of Region West at Castellum.

Sweden — After eleven years as CEO of Willhem, Mikael Granath has informed the board that he wishes to leave his position. Mikael Granath will remain as CEO during 2023 until a new CEO is in place.

Sweden — Willhem is expanding its property portfolio through the acquisition of five properties with 61 apartments in Helsingborg. The agreed property value is SEK 114 million and the seller is FFAB.

Sweden — Victoria Park and Trianon have signed an agreement to acquire a property portfolio of 722 flats and a small number of commercial premises, with a total lettable area of approximately 47,700 square metres. The properties are located in Lindängen, Malmö, and the acquisition will take place for an underlying property value of MSEK 795 (EUR 80M). The seller is Willhem and possession is due to be transferred on 1 March 2018.

Sweden — Bonava is selling a rental project in the Elinegård district of Malmö, Sweden, to the housing company Willhem. The project comprises 90 rental apartments and the sales price amounts to approximately EUR 17M.

Sweden — Akelius has agreed to sell 61 properties in Helsingborg to Willhem and Folksamgruppen.

Sweden — Willhem has entered into agreements to acquire a total of 1 763 rental apartments in Halmstad and Eskilstuna. The deal is growing Willhem in attractive Mälardalen and will be the largest private residence operator in Halmstad. Sellers are Akelius. The transaction price is SEK 2.8 billion (EUR 287M).

Sweden — Willhem purchases 4,302 apartments, 119 properties, in West Sweden from Akelius for SEK 5 billion (€540M).
