“We are very pleased that Stadsrum Fastigheter can acquire Åhlénshuset and the neighboring property Dragarbrunn 23:1. The acquisition follows our investment strategy well with both retail and offices in Uppsala's best location. The properties are full leased to strong tenants. We are also continuing the expansion of Stadsrum in Uppsala after our acquisition of Kvarnengallerian last year," says John Strand, Transaction Manager at Stadsrum Fastigheter.

“Through the sale of the properties in Uppsala and last year's property acquisitions in central Stockholm, we have completed our long-term investment plan and are now a pure Stockholm company," says Ludvig Svensson, Business Controller at Axfast AB.

Stadsrum Fastigheter's advisor in the transaction has been AG Advokat, Amblin, Svalner Skatt and WSP.

The seller's advisor in the transaction has been Catella, DLA Piper and Kardvik Consulting.

Access to the properties took place on March 5, 2019.
