The 11,347 sqm property is a part of “Risskov Brynet” and includes 186 residential units under construction in three buildings. The first two buildings will be delivered in April 2019 and all its 87 residential units are planned to be leased. The size, layout and lease level of the units in the two buildings make them attractive as rental apartments for students and young couples, for example.
