The property is 7,650 sqm (over five floors) with parking in the basement and ground floor.

“This first investment in Copenhagen represents another milestone in Aviva Investors Real Estates pan-European investment strategy. We are proud to have acquired this prime office property in one of the most attractive Scandinavian markets," says Adrien Beuriot, Head of Asset Management Continental Europe at Aviva Investors.
“We took over the property in December 2017, and in the period since then renovated the property and found an attractive tenant. It has become a really nice and attractive office property, which we are happy to have made our mark on," says Thomas Færch, CEO, Gefion Group A / S.
“We are pleased to have introduced this investment opportunity to Aviva Investor's Real Estate, and to have brought another foreign investor to Copenhagen. We look forward to working with Aviva Investor's Real Estate in the future," says Jesper Damborg, CEO of Capital Investment, who has advised the buyer.
