Finland — Swedish listed property company Sagax acquires a production and office property in Helsinki for approx. €10M.

The seller was Renor Oy.

The lettable area of the building is approx. 12,000 sqm and the property is located in the Aviapolis area in Vantaa along Ring Road III. The property is fully leased to a long-term tenant.
