The total rental value for the portfolios amounts to approximately SEK 29.2 million, with an operating net of approximately SEK 22.9 million. These investments strengthen SBB's position in social infrastructure in the Nordic countries and rental apartments in Sweden.
The community properties that are located in the regions around Oslo, Trondheim and Lillehammer are leased to Ambea and Ecura with an average duration of about 7.5 years.

Access to the properties is planned for the second quarter of 2019.
