The portfolio is located mainly in Stockholm (60 percent) and 94 percent of the rental income is generated from activities financed by public funds, of which 61 percent come directly from the state, county council or municipality with a focus on care and education facilities. The average contract length in the portfolio is 6.8 years and rental income is SEK 79.7 million. The total lettable area in the portfolio is 56,000 square meters.
