The properties comprise 8,200 square meters of premises for schools, offices and sports halls and 110 parking spaces. The properties are fully let. Access took place on June 3.

The properties Jollen 4 and Näsbypark 73:5 were acquired in 2010 and are strategically located along Centralvägen in Täby. In parallel with the active management, Profi has created a comprehensive development plan for both properties.

Jollen 4 consists of a building of 8,200 square meters and a parking garage where Helleborus School and Täby Municipality are the largest tenants. Nose park 73:5 consists of parking areas with 70 parking spaces.
