The properties contain a total of about 47,000 square meters of lettable area and the premises are rented to approximately 97 percent to public or publicly financed tenants. The properties primarily consist of educational premises, offices for public authorities, healthcare facilities and security homes. The largest tenants are SSB (Statistics Norway), Brøndby Municipality, University of Southern Denmark and Skat (Danish tax authorities).
The average contract length for the leases in the properties is approximately 7.5 years and the rental income for 2019 amounts to approximately SEK 61.9 million, with an operating net of SEK 55.2 million.
