Ole Markussen is an experienced CFO who contributes with insight into the real estate industry and a strong management background. He has previously been CFO of Denmark's largest property manager, DEAS, global security group G4S 'Danish company and drug wholesaler Nomeco.

He began his career in the auditing and consulting business PwC, is a state-authorized public accountant and educated in cand.merc.aud. from Aalborg University.

Ole Markussen joined 360 North, which continues to invest in the company's property portfolio, including renovations, maintenance and energy improvements, to increase housing supply and thus help to address the housing shortage in Copenhagen. 360 North is established with long-term ownership of the company's properties in mind.
