The transferred properties comprise a total of 47,000 square meters of lettable area and are located in Aneby, Eksjö, Gnosjö, Nässjö, Sävsjö (2), Tranås and Vetlanda. The average remaining lease term of the lease amounts to 6.4 years and the annual rental income to MSEK 15.3.

Sales take place in company form and resignation is expected to take place in November. In Sagax's financial reporting, the properties were included in the segment "Sweden, other". The transaction does not result in any realized change in value.
