Selvaag Bostad is a newly started and wholly owned by Selvaag Bolig with the aim of developing tenant and property rights in the metropolitan areas of Sweden. The field of the year will be the Company's first own land allocation.

Rolf Thorsen, CEO of Selvaag Bolig, is pleased with the result.

“We established ourselves in Sweden last fall and are pleased to have been given a position in such a short time. We have growth ambitions and think that the Årsta field is an ideal start to our establishment. We are looking for more projects and the hope is that within a few years we will have projects in production,” says Thorsen.

Selvaag has previously had Joint Ventures with Veidekke Bolig in the quarter 'Sädesärlan' and 'Svea Symphony'. Here Selvaag Plussboliger operates a lifestyle concept where, among other things, there are service activities for residents with a common gym, party room, library and more. The concept has attracted great interest in the Stockholm market.
