The broker Sadolin & Albæk has mediated the sale of the portfolio, comprising four properties located in the Copenhagen districts of Vesterbro and Nørrebro.

Combined the four properties have approximately 5,500 sqm residential floor space, and the remaining approximately 3,800 sqm are used for retail, restaurant and other commercial uses.

All four properties benefit from at location in some of the most sought-after districts of Copenhagen, three of them situated in the district of Vesterbro, i.e. at Vesterbrogade, Sommerstedgade and Gasværksvej, and the fourth at Rantzausgade, Nørrebro.
